Microchipping-Negative Side Effects?

Lmao obviously. I've googled it and like no vets recommend THEMSELVES removing them. No one removing them. They say its unnecessary and dangerous

I've heard it's very difficult to remove them... not sure how because I can feel where it is
My vet said she had removed one once before, but only one. I think it would be a surgery that someone highly skilled would need to perform. But yes, talk to a vet that you trust for their advice.

Plus, you don't even know if the cause of the problem is the microchip yet. So again, talk to a vet that you trust.

I thought you said your vet is very holisitic. Why don't you ask? S/he can only say no and you haven't lost anything, but the answer might be a yes.

Im in Toronto Canada and I have read that not all scanners can read all micro chips here.
