Do you have a food scale that you can weigh her on? 4.5kg to 4.2kg is a loss of 300 grams, which is a loss of ~4.5%. When one of mine is sick, I weigh them at least once a day, and I've noticed that once they are on the mend, they make daily gains, so maybe that would help you.

I had a electronic scale but it broke, need to replace it, it came up with a error thing and went bang a couple of years ago, never replaced it

I would recommend a postal scale as opposed to a food one. Food ones are too small to acomidate an uncooperative animal in my experience.

Make sure it has a tar or zero function as well. Then place a basket or a box on top zero it and put kitty inside.
