MEOW!

My cat randomly started meowing really early in the morning (3-5am) loudly and repeatly. She'll go out of our room,which she rarely does, and meow loudly in the hallway. We live with roommates so I always feel bad and have developed a 6th sence for it and alway get up and put her in my room. any idea why she's started meowing? Im thinking she's bored because I haven't been playing as much, I'm in my third trimester and working and still have a few things to prepare for.

Either boredom, or breakfast time alarm clock.

If you're giving her breakfast as soon as you get up, then it's normal that she wants to wake you up. I always suggest doing our usual morning routine first and then feeding the cat, this way they don't associate waking up with food and thus don't try to wake you up so much.

As for boredom, as you rightfully said, playing more before bed time and providing her with toys that she can only play with at night really helps.
