Hmmm... Wondering what my co-teacher are going to want to do in class today?... Thinking aboutt the novel I'm working on... And wondering if I can finish a Gibson Girl blouse in time for school festival and whther it will be too hot to wear it.

The graffiti on the walls. It's in Japanese. Actually I'm more worried about aiming right. They tore down the old school and the only toilets left are of the squat type. -Nasty!

I'm a little thin on $$$ after my vacation.

Medium.

Mihama.The cat cafe. Shalimar's _House of 66 cents (fabric store).

Black for clothes. Green for decorating.

Nope.

Don't sing in the shower. It freaks Aya out. I do sing in teh car to the stereo and this is the land of Karaoke. My favs are Shima Uta by The Boom (Japanese), Thank You by Dido, Ordinary World by Duran Duran and everybody on Okinwa has to learn shimanchu no takara (its sort of an island hazing ritual)...

Midori (my other cat) and Shino.

Not a fan, sorry.

Llewellyn or Giovanni, its a toss up. Although I have had a friend threaten to skin me alive if I ever name my boy child that.

Watching my students squirm while taking restaurant orders in English conversation class. Esp. when I change ther rules and don't follow the neat little script in the textbook. Hah..hah....

1.- How many cats have you ever had in your enterely life?

Six including Aya.

2.- could you tell us the name of the list above?

1. Don't remember. We had this kitten less than 2 days. It got out and the nieghbors Weimariener bit it and its died.
2. Peter, a mature orange tom that we adopted when the other neighbors moved away. He was old and he lived with us for 3 years before getting HBC.
3. Jedi. A black and white LH tuxedo cat. He probably had kitty AIDS, but at this point my folks were not Vet users so we really don't know. He was never well and he only lived 7 years.
(after Jedi my family took a long break from cats mostly 'cause of the miserable life he had)
4. Gracie. Persian/DSH cross. Absolutely the best cat ever! We got her from the HS as a 4 year old adult. This time we decided to do things right and get her shots and vet care. We had her 10 years.
5. Midori, our family's current pet. She lives with my folks and brother in Vermont. Sweet loveable squeak ball. she's about 8-9 years old. We also got her as a 4 year old adult from the HS.
6. Aya.

3.- Do you have any preference about of Breeds of cats?

My folks have a strong preference for mixed breed short hairs, after receiving a 'psychotic' siamese as a wedding gift many years ago, so I've never had a purebred. I'd like to try having one sometime.

This is striclty my personal opinion, but I don't think I could own a cat breed where the anatomical 'defects' can affect the health of the cat. I'd lump persians, manx and scottish folds in this category. I'd also have a hard time passing up all the good kitties in shelters. So maybe I'll stick to mixed breeds...



4.- Do you dream with cats when you sleeps?

I've dreamed about Aya before.

5.- Have you ever to give catnip at your kittys to play?

Aya does not have the catnip 'gene'. She's immune and could care less about the stuff, which is good 'cause she's crazy enough without drugs. Midori is the stoner in the family.

6.- Wich brand do you prefer to give at your kitty in Wet and Dry food to eat?

Well, Aya's on prescription CD wet food now for urinary issues and it seems to be working. Beofre I was feeding a mix of mon petit (purina) wet and SD, RC and Purina dry.

7.- Would you like to work like a volunteer on a Cat shelter?

Yeah, there's no shelters here though.

8.- Wich one is your favourite colour to wear?

Black

Yes. They are at my folks place though.

No.

I collect maneki neko.

2 that I never use. I prefer small backpacks
