I used to be able to speak fluent Spanish, but I've lost most of it from disuse.

No, I don't have any cd's, but do enjoy Spanish music.
6.- Have you ever to watched a Mexican Movie? ( I mean with Spanish Dialogs?) I will sometimes watch Spanish TV shows to see how much I can understand (not much)!

I love Mexican food!

When I used to drink, I never tried Tequila.

1. Beatles Sgt. Peppers
2. Led Zeppelin Physical Graffiti
3. Any "big band" CD (Glen Miller, etc.).
4. Moody Blues Greatest Hits
5. Compilation of 60's Chicago bands (Ides of March, New Colony Six, etc.).
I enjoy many different genres of music, but these are my most favorite.

2. You might also want some reading material. What would be your five Desert Island books? Why?
1) Three volume Shelby Foote's "Chronical of the Civil War"
2) Carl Sandburg's "Lincoln"
3) Stephen King's "The Stand"

I am very interested in the US Civil War and Abraham Lincoln. I like Stephen King's older books and think "The Stand" is one of his better works, plus it's a huge book which would keep me busy.

3. What else would you like to have with you to occupy your time and your mind?
My PC.

4. You'll also need food. If you could have only two or three foods and nothing else, what would you choose? Why?
Pepperoni pizza, potato chips & fresh water. Definitely not nutritious, but if I have to be stranded I'd want my favorite foods.

5. If you could have one human companion, who would that be? Why?
No question, my sister. Our parents are both gone, and since she lost her husband and had a brain aneurysm last year, we have become very close.There's no one else I would trust with my life than her.

6. If you came into a large sum of money -- an unexpected inheritance, a winning, whatever, but "set-you-up-for-life" big -- what would be the first four things you would do?
1. Would buy a house my sister and I could live in together (we'd have separate living areas, but under the same roof).
2. Buy a vintage 1950's American car with fins!
3. Donate to my favorite local animal shelters
4. Take a tour of Europe with my sister

I can be too self-centered.

Nothing.

2. Do you like to cook with someone else? How well do you share your kitchen?

3. What is your favourite thing to prepare?

4. What is your favourite dish that someone else prepares for you? Who?

5. Either of those favourites might be a comfort food, or not. What is your favourite comfort food?

6. What is your favourite celebration food?

7. When people come to my table, I always ask first whether there are any allergies/sensitivities/likes/dislikes I should keep in mind. If you came to my home, what would your answer be?

8. Do you consider yourself adventurous where unfamiliar food is concerned?

9. What is your favourite meal of the day?

1. Do you cook? Do you like to, or is it a chore?
I don't cook. I live alone, so I usually just open a can or microwave something. When my boyfriend and I were together (we maintained separate homes) we cooked together and it was fun.
2. Do you like to cook with someone else? How well do you share your kitchen?
I share my kitchen with my three cats. If I'm making something, I don't allow them on the counters, but other than that, they have free run.
3. What is your favourite thing to prepare? I suppose that would be taking a frozen pizza and adding things to it (spices, mushrooms, etc.).
4. What is your favourite dish that someone else prepares for you? Who?
That would have to be my sister's baked lasagne. She uses our mother's recipe and it is just delicious!
5. Either of those favourites might be a comfort food, or not. What is your favourite comfort food? Ruffles potato chips and onion dip.
6. What is your favourite celebration food? Mint chocolate chip ice cream
7. When people come to my table, I always ask first whether there are any allergies/sensitivities/likes/dislikes I should keep in mind. If you came to my home, what would your answer be? I have no food allergies, but will not eat ham. Other than that, I can eat anything.

Unfortunately not! I wish I could have seen the Beatles or Zeppelin in concert.

I used to play the organ; took lessons for 11 years, but have not played in many years and cannot even read music anymore! I've always wondered if somewhere in my brain is the ability to play again, and I need to do something to bring it out.

1. What countries have you visited? Would you visit them again?
I have been to Canada, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands. I would go to any of them again in a heartbeat!
2. Which was your favourite overall? US Virgin Islands. The water was so clear and blue!
3. Which was your favourite trip? When my sister was first married she lived in Monmouth County, New Jersey (there were several major Revolutionary War battles fought there) and we had a great time looking at all the historic sites. We also took the train into New York City and it was just a lot of fun.
4. Would you live in any of them longterm? I would live in the US Virigin Islands.

Tigger. I have many Tigger figurines. I think he is just adorable.

Opal, it is my birthstone, although I love all colored stones!

Rocky & Bullwinkle (I named two of my cats Rocket J. Squirrel and Bullwinkle J. Moose).
4. Do you collect anything?
Too much! Vintage Barbie dolls, Madame Alexander dolls, Hagen Renaker figurines, 1950's interior design books, old Sears catalogues, old Chicago area road maps, I could go on and on. I have way too much stuff.
5. What would be your perfect breakfast? Poached eggs, hash brown potatoes, pancakes and bacon.
6. Boiled sweets or chocolate? Definitely chocolate.
7. Do you have any hobbies? Genealogy, photography, reading & local history.
8. Do you like gardening? Yes, I have many container plants and desert cacti.

2.- Do you collect DVD´s or VHS??,….How many do you have? I have both, 50 - 75 VHS and 25 DVD's

5.- Have you ever to participated in some Special Event of your favourite artist? No, they both passed on a long time ago.
6.- Have you ever to saw in live to some artist? ( I mean is some restaurant, buying at mall or in some resort?) About 40 years ago I saw Burt Reynolds, Fess Parker, and Hugh O'Brien, but no one recently.

8.- Have you ever to participated in a role in a Theather representation? ( maybe just for fun or when you was on School?) …When I was around ten, I wrote a play called "The Slums of New York" and performed it in my backyard. I wish I could remember what is was about!

He has lived a very interesting life, and if I had the nerve, would ask him what's influenced some of his choices. 10.- Would you like to live next at some artist (?
