Hi Linda! Congratulations on being elected to this week's spotlight. I don't post in these threads much, because I can never think of questions, though I love reading them. But here I sit waiting to find out how many people I'm cooking dinner for, so I've got food on the brain, and time on my hands. Therefore, some food questions for you...

[1] What is your favourite comfort food? Do you make it? or someone else?

[2] What is your favourite celebration food? Do you make it? or someone else?

[3] What is your favourite sweet/dessert? Do you make it? or someone else?

[4] We mustn't overlook the fact that you're in Lobster Country. Do you like lobster?

[5] Assuming you do, how often do you get a proper "feed"? What do you consider to be the essential elements of a proper "feed"?

[6] Is that something you do at home, or go out for?

[7] Do you enjoy cooking in general, or prefer either someone else's efforts or going out?

Be honest here Linda! No one here will think any worse of you if you did, in fact, we might think there's something wrong with you if you haven't done that yet! Or maybe, that's just me...I don't know.

...here's a few more!

1. Describe your idea of a worst date scenario.
2. What has been your worst date (if you don't mind telling us)?
3. Who do you think is the hottest (famous) woman (and no, it doesn't matter that you're straight)?
4. What do you want to be doing in 10 years?
5. What's your favorite part of your own body (excluding your eyes, since we know that's everyone else's favorite part already)?

How many different spices do you have? Twelve, although they don't get used much!
How many times a day do you go pee? LOL 6-8 times I guess, depending on how much I've had to drink!

I can tell you how many I have on my bookcase in my room. I have others but they're in boxes! Fiction-about 50, Non-fiction-about 15.

One person is picked to be in the spotlight for a week, and the other TCS members ask them questions. At the end of the week, the person who was in the spotlight picks another person, and so on!

I love lobster!!

[5] Assuming you do, how often do you get a proper "feed"? What do you consider to be the essential elements of a proper "feed"? Not very often! The last time I had any was 2 1/2 weeks ago. Before then it had been about 3 years! The essential elements of a proper feed - well it would have to be with a group of people, and there would be enough lobsters for everyone to have as many as they want!!! Unfortunately it can be pretty expensive - the feed I had recently through work, they paid about $1500 for 200 lobster!

[6] Is that something you do at home, or go out for? I usually go out, although when I was younger one of my aunt's and uncle's brought a feed once and we cooked it at our place.

[7] Do you enjoy cooking in general, or prefer either someone else's efforts or going out? I don't like cooking! So I prefer if someone else does it! I like to eat out as well!

2. What has been your worst date (if you don't mind telling us)? The one where I had an anxiety attack; I felt nauseous, dizzy. It wasn't all from the date though, I'd had a lot on my mind at the time.

3. Who do you think is the hottest (famous) woman (and no, it doesn't matter that you're straight)? Liv Tyler - I think she is so beautiful.

4. What do you want to be doing in 10 years? Hopefully married to the man of my dreams; lots of kitties running around (I don't really want human kids). Not working at the place I'm at now; I hope to find something that I really enjoy doing, and love going into work everyday.

5. What's your favorite part of your own body (excluding your eyes, since we know that's everyone else's favorite part already)? I've always liked my nose, I think it's cute!
