Buprenorphine SR (brand name Simbadol) is only approved to be administered by a licensed vet. If you have questions on a dose that was given to the cat by the vet, you should ask the vet about the dosage.

If your vet prescribed the more common non-extended form of buprenorphine (Buprenex) and didn't give you a dose, you need to call the vet and get a dose before you give any to the cat.

Thank you. I shall ask the vet. With the internet, I was hoping to find it but can’t find it.
