Does anyone know where 0.75 cc is in this syringe? My vet usually marks it but they just closed and I cant figure it out online. Its for doxycline i dont want to overdose him.

I am fairly certain that cc and ml are the same measurement. But, I'd call a vets office that is open and double check (or even a human pharmacy would work). Just explain that you have a medication that says to give 0.75cc and a ml syringe and you wanted to double check.

I forget the actual derivation of the two units from way back in my college days, but for our purposes, one milliliter is equal to one cubic centimeter. Use the large line midway between the 0.7 and 0.8 markings on your syringe.

Each line marking is 0.01 cc (or ml. Same thing).

So look at the 0.7 cc line. The little short line under that is 0.71. The next mark is 0.72, then 0.73, then 0.74, then the next line is a little longer and is 0.75.

Here's your picture edited to show where 0.75 ml is (the red arrow):
