There is a yoga practice called Tratak, where the practioner focuses intently on an object. Looks to me as though CJ has got it down pat.
So this is why cats are cool, they all do yoga and the World is thus a temporal distraction whilst they explore the meaning of eternity and other heavyweight subjects.
Ah yes, the heavyweight objects that fall to the floor at 3 am ...

that's a gorgeous shot, but it doesn't really suit the theme of the competition (yoga). Your avatar picture is a wonderful example of a mindful yoga stretch, for example. 
Now, hold on one second, Benjamin, now that looks like "total relaxation" to me. Where's the yoga, young man?
