Well, the good news, is that you found him, and he's being treated. With the medical care and special food, he'll plump up in no time, and I'm sure his potty will regulate fairly soon. Kittens can carry all sorts of lovely parasites...most are easily treatable.
Give him about 3 weeks...you will not believe the difference in his health! Keep up the good work.
