Here's an amusing epilogue to a TNR project: a couple of male ferals i got fixed via TNR seem to have taken a shine to each other and now go everywhere together. Before the TNR, they tolerated each other but weren't in close contact. Lately however, they've been inseparable. They groom and head-butt each other, and are rarely seen apart. They're not super-young cats, either. The elder (Mugsy) is said to be 4-5 years old, and the younger (George) may be as old as 3.
Has anybody else seen this kind of thing happen? It's like now that they aren't driven by the urge to fight and mate, they suddenly have all this free time to male-bond!
