Making a feral cat part of the family

Neko and Milo sound like my Flaco and Asha.  We brought Asha in last year and gave her the space she needed.  Flaco, our older male, was not initially happy, but he now spends a lot of time with Asha (there is, however, a 12 year difference in their ages).  In fact, it was Flaco that helped Asha to become more social.  As time goes by, you will be so happy that they do get along, it can make a world of difference.

That's a great idea putting their food on a towel and alternating sides to get them accustomed to each others smell.  I would have never thought of that.
