Major elbow pain...

Carpel tunnel was ruled out. (thankfully)
I had a pretty decent weekend. Did not wake up once so hopefully I'm on the mend. It still hurts a bit but not as bad.
Acupuncture seems to be working. Today, he did some more and then rubbed my thumb/hand with this strong smelling lotion. I noticed later that it seemed better.
Laser acupuncture is not painful at all. Honest.
It looks like a little light and it is held on your pressure points until the machine beeps. I couldn't even tell you what happens. Part of me womders how this will help. We'll see.
You just keep getting better and do whatever you need to do in order to get back to normal.

I've never had acupuncture, but I've heard it really works. I hope it continues to work for you.
I dont see how it can not be painful! It's great that is isnt though.
