Ok so I have a cat that I rescued in April. Her name is Luna and shes around 3-4 years old... We don't know much about her background other than she was a stray but must have had an owner at some point because she has a scar from a previous surgery. Shes always been very jumpy but very sweet and loving. When we brought her home we already had a 1 year old female Bengal mix named Sully and while it took some time they eventually become friends. She still remained very jumpy but overall happy. Well 2 weeks ago we rescued a 14 week old male kitten and Luna hates him. We've being trying to slowly introduce but it hasn't been going to great. Sully loves the kitten and is always playing with him but Luna can't stand him. Not only will she lash out at the kitten, but at Sully as well, if the kitten is around. Luna has also become less social and can sometimes be aggressive with me and my fiance. We do keep the separate for a good chunk of the day and when he's locked in a different area of the house Luna is mostly fine but if she sees him she turns into the meanest cat ever. We currently have a Feliway multicat diffuser in and Luna also has a Sentry calming collar. We've also been using a natures miracle spay which seems to help a little but tensions are still very high in the house. I just want my loving cat back. We try and give Luna some one on one time everynight so she doesn't feel neglected or jealous. Does anyone have any suggestions?
