I wouldn't say hostility as such, but they do tend to have very dominant personalities compared to most domestics. Whether they will get along with another cat depends a lot upon the other cat's personality, a very quiet shy cat would probably end up feeling a bit bullied. In my experience they get along best with others of the same breed, but that's not to say they can't have good companionable relationships with other cats too

And just as in any other breed or domestics, there are individuals that simply cannot tolerate sharing space with other cats, especially if they are used to living as only cats. But that's not specific to Siamese/Oriental, and most enjoy the company of other similarly active felines
