No theres no clicking, it seems fine I think it was just hissing

Kitten hasnt latched on for about 4 hours its 9 days old now is this normal, it seems healthy & moving??

The older they get - the longer the breaks in between nursing.  But make sure it feeds fairly soon.  If not - a drop of sugar water will give it a boost.  I don't like to wait longer than 4-5 hours in kittens that young.

Is it normal he suckles for a couple of seconds then goes back asleep?

He should suckle for 15-20 minutes at a time at 9 days old. Or does he also get longer sessions in?

Is he growing? Have you weighed him? It's the best way to know if he would need supplementing.

Yes i have been weighing him, he seems fine just noticed he hasnt been feeding as much today just sleeping more, wouldnt he cry if he was hungry thou?

Yeah i think that too, awww hes perfect his little eyes are proper cute!, just I noticed today he hasnt suckled than much but as we speak he I suckling good! Soo maybe hes just a lazy kitten haha
