Looking for a Mau kitten

My nephew (he's 25) is looking for a Mau kitten and we are having no luck finding a breeder that has any kittens. No one even has any that are pregnant that we have found, and the soonest they have told him is around Thanksgiving. He was hoping to not have to wait quite that long.


Does anyone know of any breeders that have any kittens that are ready or close to being ready that aren't already spoken for? I know they aren't an easy breed to find, but thought I might be able to help him locate a breeder. We are in Ohio, if that helps. If anyone can help, thank you so much and we'd be forever grateful!

Forgot to add that he just wants a pet, he's not interested in showing or anything.

My Mau is due any second. She was due anytime between March 30 and April 5th, and she is sitting there looking at me right now. I wish she'd get on with it (=

There is a breeder referral list if you put that into google it will come up. It will list any Mau breeders near you.

Sometimes you do have to wait several months and also get on a waiting list.
