I've been craving this (Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cake) ever since we started collecting recipies for the cookbook. I did submit this one. I cooked it in one of my fancy pans. As you can see....DH couldn't keep out!
I still have half the slice he cut me. I washed it down with good cold milk!

Anyone else have any good food pics!?! Show off your cookin skills!

That is going to be a long flight.

I'll be really hungry for cake when I get there.

That looks wonderful! In fact, it gave me a great idea for the cookbook, which I'm going to go post right now!

I hope you didn't accidentally get any of that Minouche in the cake though. I see it among the other ingredients.

Here's a pic of the first time I deep fried restaurant style chicken balls.
That's chicken breast meat marinated and covered with a seasoned tempura batter for those who don't know.

I didn't take these, they were taken by some others who tried some of the recipes I posted for the cookbook.

At least one. LOL I messed up the others and have to find my disk to redo them.

Scalloped Cabbage with Nutmeg Sauce

I thought they might appeal to you, Ryan!
Both dead easy to do, too.

Ok for a minute there I couldn't figure out what Minouche was.... I got that from my TCS secret santa last year, also a Canadian! Ours just say Pounce here. And no I don't think I got any in the cake! I just keep treats handy!

Your chicken balls look good too! Did you submit that recipie for the cookbook? Might be something good for it!

Here is a birthday cake for my son, when he turned 2 (he will turn 4 in a month, we are discussing what kind of cake he wants this time
)

Ok, I´ll see if this works, and then post more if it does.
