She's pretty whispy! My bet is she will to some extent. Her face/cheeks look kind of fluffy too.

If kitten fuzziness or longhair is easiest to see on the tail. If tail fluffy = long or medium hair.

What look alike he will be its too early to say as yet. The heavy money bet is he is moggie, ie a domestic. As is the big majority of cats.
