Well, we (Pets/Friends for Life) are having a fundraiser here in St Thomas on June 24th, this Saturday.

We will be selling hotdogs, pop, water, and we should have a raffle table set up as well.

We will have a cage or two of kittens there, along with Spunky, our only dog.

We also got the bandstand and have booked the afternoon. Aaron Walpole from Canadaian Idol is going to be performing, as well as his brother. And a line up of other people

Had a pretty good day.. got started a little late.. but the performers were all awesome and everyone was really nice. Especially Traci Kennedy.. she mentioned us and Spunky, a jack russel terrier we are still trying to raise $800 to pay for the rest of her surgery for, in bewteen every performer.
She also mentioned my bottle babies a few times, and to donate generously to help pay for their upbringing. Because at $24 per can of KMR, which only lasts them about 3 or 4 days.. gets pricey. Not to mention their vaccinations and neuters.

Two kittens were adopted. And lots of hotdogs were sold.

Lets hope we raised enough money to buy some paint and enough to pay to have some linolium flooring installed so the new kitten room can be set up.
