Little bloody mucus in stool

Hello!
I'm having a 5 months old kitten staying with me and my two adult cats for a while.
I'm having them introduce & adjusting
It's the fourth day today, & the little kitten had a soft bowel movement accompanied with little bloody mucus. Kitty eats, drinks & plays normally, but im freaking out still. There ain't vets where I live, so I can't run it to a clinic. I'm assuming the kitty ate from my older cats dry food, which is different brand from the kitten.
I'm keeping an eye on it and will introduce a soft diet as I'm hoping it's just an upset stomach maybe?
Any thoughts?
