I took two small kittens out of someone's gross house last weekend and cleaned them all up to be adoptable. I believed them to be siblings, they are small, but the exact same size and build. However, I just noticed the female has all her adult teeth in. The male doesn't even have adult teeth poking through or anything, still has all the babies.
So if two kittens are littermates, would they usually be losing their teeth and getting their adult teeth around the same time? Is it common for them to be so drastically different? I guess then to be only about 4 months but now I am not so sure...
See? They are still very kitten-like, in behavior, build, clumziness, etc... but with adult teeth already?
