Learning to knit

Picture taken today, Granny afghan I knit for my Mother sometime around 1953. I imagine she never used it. Yellow is an afghan I am knitting now. It is almost finished and I keep telling myself to finish it. The blue & red will be walker bags.

Under the Granny are 2 quilts that a friend made for us. She does this woork on her sewing machine.

I just learned to knit New Year's Eve! FH's sister and stepmom showed me how and I just finished my fristscarf! Travis' stepmom finished it for me last weekend-otherwise I would have just kept going
