Le Creuset Bread Oven

My birthday is actually next month, but Rick gave me my birthday present early. Le Creuset Bread Oven. The color is Cerise. I've been wanting one for a while now. You know me; I have a thing for kitchen stuff. And I dearly love making yeast anything! First time using the Bread Oven; it didn't come out all that badly. Always room for improvement and the next loaf will be better, I hope. The crumb is really good, the crust is excellent, nice and chewy. And the taste? Yes, please!

I want one, but I just know I'll probably never use it. That color is stunning.

I have one of their coquettes and made No-Knead bread in it once. I slightly overcooked it but it still was tasty. I just don't bake enough to warrant having a dedicated object for bread.
