Does anyone know if there are any laser pointers out there with an on/off switch that actually stays "on" without you having to hold down a button? My fairly new laser pointer I bought for the cats at PetSmart doesn't work anymore....and the problem is the button. Sometimes, my finger starts to hurt when I'm playing with the cats since you have to hold the button down for the light to stay on. I'd like to find one that you can switch it on and you don't have to hold anything down!

Wouldn't it be very dangerous if it got turned on by accident or left on? It could damage the cat's eyes terribly if it looked straight at it. I don't think I would want one like that. It is bad enough my cats turning the TV remote on and off!

I bought a Ray O Vac LED flashlight-laser pointer at Walmart. It was about 8 dollars. The switch is on the side and takes a solid push to work. Click once for flashlight, a second time for laser and the third click turns it off.
