I agree. And when you get those records make sure they are the RECORDS. Not the list of things you've purchased from them or only the dates you arrived. I wasn't given what I asked for when I did it, so make sure you get his test results, hand written records, all records for your cat. You have a legal right to those records if I am not mistaken. And like I said, print out the records you found online so you will have a copy of those. Just in case someone can't find something or it gets lost. My new vet went so far as to offer to get the records FOR me.
