There are other "pill doughs" similar to Pill Pockets. Here are some

It comes in chicken flavor, too.

All can  be bought online at various sites.

Use enough of the dough to completely cover the pill to mask any odor and taste. Coat the outside of the dough wrapped pill with Fortiflora or finely crushed up freeze dried treats (stinky seafood is usually a good bet).

Thank you all. I tried the pill pocket and cheese and it did not work. I was going to try soft treats next. If it doesn't, I'll try the dough and Fortiflora. Never heard of Fortiflora. Is it sold in the grocery store?

No, FortiFlora is not sold in any store. It's a veterinary only product. You can buy it online from places like Amazon and pet supply web sites, or from your vet but usually at a marked up price.

The FortiFlora web site has a $5 rebate offer: https://www.proplanveterinarydiets.com/products/fortiflora-cat/
