My oldest cat loves to give nose kisses to. She adopted me when she was about a year old, and was doing that then. I've gotten used to it and we "groom" each other at bed time. She lays on the pillow next to me giving me kisses on my nose, and I scratch her ears, chin and head. Then she goes off to the foot of the bed and sleeps.
