Kitty has a sore in her whiskers?

Hi all,

Just noticed today my kitty has a sore in her whiskers. Not sure if should go to vet immediately or just keep an eye on it. Can’t find anything specific online about sores in whiskers or if maybe she’s just scratched herself, or on something? She’s not acting any different, and it doesn’t seem to hurt her when I touch it.

I would gently bathe it in clear warm water and see how it is tomorrow. If it is worse then contact your vet. If you have a good relationship with your vet, send a photo for his opinion.
