So our AC is on the fritz, and while we wait for our replacement parts, we've been living in 88 degree temps in the house. We have fans everywhere, and although windows are open, there is absolutely no wind.
Our 3 3-month old kittens are panting. And not playing as much. Of course if us humans could pant, we would, and at the moment, me and the family haven't been moving around much LOL I'm assuming it's ok, but wanted to make sure. We've been through hell and high water for these kittens since birth. If I should be doing something more, I want to know. They still respond when we call them, but have spent most of the day just laying around, sometimes panting. There is plenty of free water (they drink the dogs' water).
Should I give them a bath? I figure feral cats live in hotter temps and are fine.
