My kitten Keaton is a 5 mo old male kitten. He had smelly breath today and we checked his teeth...the last time we checked was randomly 2 weeks ago, to see if his baby teeth were coming out.
Today when we checked we noticed that his baby tooth fang and his adult fang are both in his mouth~they are side by side. I felt both of them and neither is loose, and they are the same size so I can't tell which is which.
He is still eating but is a little more lethargic then normal so we feel like his teeth may be hurting from this. Should we give it a couple weeks to see if they fall out, or does this warrant a vet visit pretty soon?
He is not yet neutered, because of work schedules I have to take an entire day off for the vet appt to be able to do drop off and pickup so we have that schedule in early Dec, but if need be I will make a sooner appt so they can pull his teeth while neutering, if it comes down to it.
Anyone have experience with double fangs?
