Yes I know. Im also giving him some supplements that I got for my own cat that was to ill to eat. I got Montego cat food from my foster organisation that I had to use but was my first time even hearing about that food. We usually feed them Royal canin but we only get that's being donated.

OK, being in South African, I can't tell what ingredients would be in the foods your get, even in the Royal Canin.  I looked Up Royal Canin here on U. S. sites, and the ingredients weren't very good, and then when I looked them up on ZooPlus, a European site, the ingredients were different, but I'm thinking that may be because they don't have to list them the same due to different laws.
.  Anyway, what you might want to steer clear of are things like wheat, corn and soy.  You may need to move from a kitten food to an All Stages Food and supplement with whatever you are using, plus use Kitten Replacement Milk or something IF his stools remain solid when you reintroduce a decent food.  I would speak to the Vet about it, if you can, but many Vets aren't that well versed on nutrition.
