Kitten Umbilical Cord Still Attahed

My kittens will be a week old come this Saturday(May 6th). There are two in the litter and my ginger's(G) umbilical cord has already fallen off. But the black(B) one still has hers attached.
I am concerned because B's umbilical cord looks like it should have fallen off and it seems to be swollen around the area. Should I be concerned or is this normal?

Edit: I'm pretty sure I' am being paranoid about hernias.
Extra information: She seems to be growing along with her brother well, and it eating, vocal(though less than her brother).
The aforementioned area doesn't look irritated or infected.
This is my first time being around kittens at this stage and I am just a little nervous.

I'm not sure if this photo is good. Had to try and take the picture with mama and baby stressing out.

I think you should get that looked at by a vet. It does not appear to be healing properly.
