I am so worried about my kitten, he is about 11 weeks old and has been throwing up lately. Today I found a huge spot where he had thrown up and there were 2 worms about 3 inches long, looking like round worms. I haven't seen any in his poop at all. I check him out and he seemed okay but when he walked away I noticed his butt was very pink, I took a closer look an it is a bit swollen as well and looks closed up. It wasn't like this yesterday or this morning, has anyone seen this before?

You need to take him to the vet for proper worming medication and a general check-up. If he's allowed outside or is a rescue kitty, it is completely normal that he'll have worms.

I agree with LDG - Take him to a vet pronto! Both my fur babies had ring worms - it is normal if they are outdoor cats or a rescue!

It's nothing out of the ordinary :)
