Kitten suckling on ear lope

i know the reasons and all about it but he was suckling on my ear lope then he peed/ejaculated like *** he did it before but i thought  it was from the ac but it was him . Is it weird and what can cause it ?

I've never heard of anything like this happening. How old is your cat and has he been neutered yet?
