Kitten Stinks When Kneading

Hey guys,
I started noticing that my 3 mo old kitten smells HORRIBLE whenever he is purring and kneading. It smells very sharp and almost acidic.

What could it be?

Could be anal gland secretions. Sometimes a cat gets so relaxed kneading that anal gland secretions ooze out. You can have the vet express the glands and make sure that they aren't impacted or infected.
