Hey everyone my female kitten lavender got spayed two days ago and she hasn't pooped since yesterday early in morning but she is peeing and eating normally. Should I be concerned? Any feedback or suggestions is greatly appreciated!

Kitten Spayed but hasn't pooped

I'm not a vet just speaking from personal experience with my kitty. She was spayed June 6th didn't poop at all that day she did poop the day after in the morning and then didn't poop again until the 9th in the evening. I think it is because of the anesthesia and pain meds messing with their system.. but you can always call the vet to see what they say.
I can only speak from experience and from my personal experience I think she will be alright but just keep an eye on her. She will probably go later today or tomorrow. But like I said you can call and ask what the vet says. Well with it being Sunday maybe you can call an emergency 24-7 vet and ask what they say. I always say better safe than sorry. Keep us posted

Glad to hear.. yea I think the anesthesia and pain meds just mess with their system some.
