Last week I brought home a 4 week old kitten that was found in the streets without it's mother.
For a week I gave the kitten formula but she didn't seem to like it much. When she turned 5 weeks I introduce her to wet kitten food and she absolutely loved it! I offer her formula after the meals to make sure she gets enough nutrient and liquid but she refuses to drink it. Should I be worried?

Well, sure, she's not hungry anymore! ;) You can mix the formula in with her canned food for a few weeks to give extra nutrition. That has always worked for me.

She must be stuffed!!

It is probably best to mix some of the formula with the canned food. Soon, she won't need the formula anymore :)

Good luck!

She is precious! And it's wonderful that she's eating canned food. You can just mix some formula in with the wet food if you'd like to. :)

How to know if the kitten needs more? Easy, you weigh it every day, or every second day. If kittens adds nicely, you KNOW it gets enough.

Another alternative you try with goats milk. Some kittens prefer it. And its essentially as good as kmr.

Sounds good. When she starts eating it all, it’s time to add more.
