The kitten needs Albon. Slimy, yellow diarrhea means parasites. You need to find a way to get her the Albon, which is prescription.

Do you have a tractor supply store nearby? You can buy panacur. Panacur is sold over the counter at tractor supply stores. It will kill parasites too.

What are you feeding? You need to get unflavored pedialyte into the kitten. It sounds dehydrated.

Without intervention, the kitten may not make it.

What is it eating at this moment? Ie what are you giving him? What brand, exactly? Does it has momma or you handraise it?
Do you know the forcefeeding techniques with a needleless syringe or dropper?

Re medicines you got an answer above. Re the caretaking as such some follows:

Give him much pedialyte. Clear flavorless is best, but almost any will do. If you cant buy, you can make home.
A basic receipt may be:

1 litre water
1 - 1,5 soup spoon of honey or white caro syrup
1 coffe spoon of kitchen salt

Mix by boiling up, cool down to body temp - give, if necessary forcefeed. A lot! Dehydration is a major danger.

When he get lethargic, you can perk up by smearing a water solution of honey or white caro syrup on his lips and gums.

IF there comes the moment you think he is dying, dont give the kmr or goats milk, give just the pedialyte. Because in the dying the digestion has shunt off, but glucose sugar in pedialyte goes into blood from the mouth....

Keep him warm and cozy - ie in practice with a heating pad or IR-warming lamp. Unless its very hot at your place of course - if so, you may need to chill him off.

Massage him - perhaps using a tooth brush. Talk much sweetly, support his will to live, to fight for live.

As food I would suggest raw goats milk if you can get it. Fresh is best, frozen is almost as good. Bottled / canned OK but not the same edge.

If you cant get raw goats milk, some mild probiotic may be of use, for example mild full fat plain youghurt, preferably with healthy extra bacterias added - it will be typically lactobacillus and bifidus. The american brand of Fage is surely good.
