Kitten just threw up a hair tie?

Hi, I just got home from work and my kitten threw up a hair tie! I use very small rubber ones for the end of my braid. She is still pooping normally + seems fine, playful + energetic. A little off her food tonight, though. I called the emergency vet and they said just keep watching her for signs of obstruction like continued vomiting, lethargy or not pooping. Should I be worried? I will be up all night worrying tonight!
