Pedialyte is useful, especially if they had any problems with diarrhea, current or earlier. Otherwise it doesnt do that much, as the salt and glucose concentration is essentially as its normally in blood and body fluids. I mean, its not harming in any way, unless they get very salty food.

If they dont have problems with diarrhea, you can from now use water to dilute the kmr powder. But you can give them a few drops pedialyte in between the feedings, so you are sure they are well hydrated. This helps with the pooing too, being well hydrated.

Im getting worried.
The male kitten still hasnt pooped, and now he isnt peeing nearly as much as he should be. I get a few drops of pee out of him after each feeding, but thats it. =(
He's still alert and walking around and eating.

My kittens have both developed diarrhea. They have had like 3 or 4 runny stools today. They still seem to be acting normal. Ive been feeding them soft Turkey Fancy Feast kitten food mixed with kmr. The female loves it, and she eats that primarily. The male has a few bites sometimes, and then I let him eat plain kmr from a syringe. Should I be concerned? Should I take them off the kitten food for the day?

A couple of days now. Maybe 3 to 5 days. The male kitten has been eating a little bit of it for about 2 or 3 days.

Maybe stop the wet food and give them dry kitten chow soaked in KMR instead.

What color is the poop?

Once the kittens begin eating wet food, the poop should become like tootsie rolls. That looks wet and mucusy, except for a portion of it.

Can you see what happens when you stop the wet food?

Do you have dry kitten chow you can soften in formula?

If this is still happening tomorrow, they may need an antibiotic from the vet.

Yes, I will stop the wet food and try some solid hard food with kmr. Should I let it sit so that the kmr can soften the hard food? Should I start replacing water in kmr with Pedialyte again to keep them hydrated? Their poo was hard at first. Its just become runny today.

Yes, use pedialyte and soften the dry food for a few minutes.

Doing this will help rule out if it's the wet food.

The poop does not look good though.
