Pedialyte is useful, especially if they had any problems with diarrhea, current or earlier. Otherwise it doesnt do that much, as the salt and glucose concentration is essentially as its normally in blood and body fluids. I mean, its not harming in any way, unless they get very salty food.
If they dont have problems with diarrhea, you can from now use water to dilute the kmr powder. But you can give them a few drops pedialyte in between the feedings, so you are sure they are well hydrated. This helps with the pooing too, being well hydrated.
