kitten has a small hole on paw

He is around ten weeks old and has only been inside the house. There aren’t any animals that could have him him since we only have him. I’m not sure if he hurt himself or if it’s something more serious, does anyone know what the cause could be?

Looks like a small wound that is a smidgen infected, probably been bothering it since its in a readily accessible location. As to what, at that age it could be anything from his environment to himself (my cat had scratched himself in a particularly crazy bout of play). Since he's a little guy, I would personally take him to a vet for proper treatment. They will probably do a cone and either antibiotics or just an ointment. If he was older, I would do warm compresses to keep it clean and bring down the swelling plus a homemade cone to keep him from messing with it for a few days then take him in if it got worse.
