Naitron, if you have not already sent this cat to the pound and have come back, please reconsider. You live in a state with a huge number of places that rescue cats and run no-kill shelters and many of them may be willing to take a three-week old orphan.

The pound may very well "euthanize" it as soon as you walk at the door, and I cannot understand why you would be okay with that.
