Kitten Gender Identification

Hi! My cat gave birth to a cute little kitten 9 days ago, but I can't figure out the gender. Could somebody help me, please? Regards!

Do you have mom and baby 100% inside and away from intact males? The baby looks to be outside in the first photo.

Yes, they are 100% inside and away from intact males; though, for the first photo I had to take the baby outside, so I could take a clear photo of him in natural light, but he returned back inside right after that.

I actually think that's a boy; I think I can see 2 little bulges that will be his testicles. Although there's some fur over the important parts, lol. Is the genital opening round (boy) or a slit (girl)?

The best way to get a good pic is to put him tummy-down on a surface and lift his tail, and take the picture from directly behind.

That explains it---an all-white cat needs to have at least 1 all-white parent. She's going to be beautiful!

Actually, she's not really an all-white cat; she has one little black-ish pattern on her head W Willowy :

Yep, all-white kittens usually do have a color spot on their head, but it fades when they get older. That's her genetic color, the color the white is "covering up" .

That’s great! Mom can already get pregnant again, even without going into heat, so important to keep her away from intact males 100% of the time.
