I have a 6 or 7 month old kitten that does not seem to like wet food. She was a kitten from a feral mother that I caught at about 7 or 8 weeks. Other kittens I have caught have been fairly easy to tame since they are food driven. But, this one does not seem to be like them. She is offered both wet and dry food throughout the day but only seems interested in eating either of them twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. She seems to prefer dry food over wet food, which makes it hard to work with her on taming. She will let me pet her when she is in her crate, but when she is out of the crate, she will more than likely run when I approach her to pet her. I give her Blue Buffalo grain free dry food and I have tried to find some wet food that she likes but so far have not found it. Any suggestions on this and how else to work with her on becoming more tame? I would like to find her a new home since I have a lot of cats already but I do not think anyone will consider her since she does not like to be touched.
