Hey guys/gals,
I just picked up a Starfrit kitchen weigh scale (max. 11 lbs.) at Canadian Tire for $10. Comes with 1 CR2032 lithium battery (which you can get for dirt cheap on ebay when you need more).
It measure in grams or, pounds / ounces., liquid or solid measurements.
Perfect for doling out ounces from a 13.2 oz. can, such as the calorie rich Evo-Beef. It's quite accurate and allows me to portion out 2.5 ounce servings for a daily calorie count of ~ 190 for 2 servings.
