Kick the habit

I would like to kick the habit of being so lazy
If I could just get my butt of the couch and exercise I would look so much better- not so much lose weight as tone, and I'm thinking lately that I want to quit smoking but not quite ready, I've quit A few times in the past- 6 months is usually how long it lasts

I have a bad habit of not eating very healthy and waiting too long to eat. That's something I need to kick. I need to eat more vegetables.

I keep trying to...the best I can do to curb it a few days are to polish on them. Once the polish flakes off though back down they go!

Also my chocolate cravings. I had them under control until people at work brought in 2 HUGE bowls of Reeses, Snickers, hershey's etc. Why can't I be a better chocolate snob like I am with coffee???
