I live in an apartment,

the kitchen space is connected to the living room (where kitten will be staying)

I've read not to feed cat in same room I eat to prevent cat jumping on table when I am eating.

Is it ok to leave waterbowl in the livingroom and feed cat in the bathroom?

as it is my first week with him, I thought I was suppose to leave everything where he is staying, so he doesn't get confused around the place.

It's not a big apt, just 2 bdr, open space kitchen/living and tiny bathroom.

When I lived in an apartment similar to what you are describing I fed my cats in the kitchen. You just need to train them that jumping on to the table/counters is not allowed.

blah, I showed the breeder a photo of the room, its too big for cat so he will go in the spare room with lots of newspapers...

I want to have his litter tray in our bathroom permanently eventually, hope he wont poop everywhere after I move it
