My SIL just called. There's a warehouse-type store in her area that will sell me one 50-pound bag of King Arthur flour for $20. That's $2 for a 5-pound bag!

She'll call me when it comes in. I've got gallon ziploc bags that I can dump it into and stash in the freezer.
