Just got a new kitten, what breed is he?

Hi guys, I'm new to this website and I just got a new kitten, well about a week ago and I'm still trying to figure out if he's just a moggy with a tabby pattern or if he could be anything else, can anyone Identify his breed? He's very playful, follows you around like a lost puppy, loves to climb pretty much everything around the house including me. He's also very affectionate, alert at everything, pounces and throws himself down the stairs and gets quite a kick out of it haha.

He's also got very soft fur to the touch if that makes any difference.

He is a very adorable domestic medium(?) haired kitty with a tabby pattern.

As I understand, his tabby pattern is  the classic pattern, called also for marble or blotches.  He has a bulls eye on his side, no?
